I believe all natural forms of healing are highly effective and beneficial. I also believe that each person is drawn to the practitioner that they’re destined to meet, and connects with the modalities that best suit their needs. Each persons' needs are unique so I find it important to offer a number of different modalities. I follow my intuition in a healing session but also honour my clients’ wishes if they are drawn to a particular modality.

I encourage my clients to listen to their body and be responsible for their own health by adopting a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition, exercise and regular healing sessions to achieve and maintain balance. Regular sessions are especially important when struggling with chronic illness. The human body has magnificent self-healing abilities when given the proper tools. By enlisting the help of an energy practitioner to facilitate the healing, your body can and will heal itself in a much quicker and more gentle way!

People who are generally healthy often feel they don't need to have a healing session. I strongly feel that prevention is the best medicine! All these basically describe the same thing but it is important to mention each term because different people use different names for this type of work.
