Medical Receipts Provided
Carol Dawson is registered and
insured with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada for 'Reiki
and Energy Work'. Some Insurance Companies reimburse for these
types of healing sessions, so you will be provided with a Medical
Receipt. If it's important that your session be reimbursed by
your insurance plan please check with them prior to your appointment
with Carol, as we can't guarantee that it will be covered.

your identity, email address, or any details about the work she
does with you. Although she has seen amazing effects, Carol never
